Not Your Average Benz: 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series
Officially, this car is called the 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series. The name is somewhat indistinguishable, this car’s purpose not. MB took an all aluminum, 500 horsepower naturally aspirated V8, coupled it with an upgraded differential and reprogrammed 7 speed and packaged it in something modeled after their DTM race cars. They’ve lightened it with Carbon Fiber bits, taken out the back seats and totally redone the suspension and brakes.
