We know TSOL just featured an E28 M5 last week but we’ve found another interesting one. This car isn’t as clean as the previous one nor are the miles as low but this M5 has a Dinan 3.8L stroker motor that’s piqued our interest! Owner is asking $14,800 in Portland, OR.

Condition/History: It’s not perfect but it is a rare opportunity to own a Dinan E28 M5. It needs a bit of work to get it back in top shape, things like a new catalytic converter and rear subframe bushings would be first on the list.

What’s to like: 3.8L would make this quite fun to drive. Black on black and 16″ BBS wheels make it great to look at. Owner claims to have over $74,000 in receipts since new so you can be certain money has been put into it. He additionally claims all body panels are original with matching BMW VIN tags

What’s not to like: Will need a bit of work to get it daily driver reliable
