We love long and low hot rod creations but only ones that are truly a little different than the rest. We like designs that are clean and simple, built by builders who focus more on simplicity than over-design or the newest gizmos. This one is on that auction site, starting at $30,000 with one bid and Reserve Not Met.

Condition/History: Appears really well done, awarding winning (voted Coolest Hot Rod at the GoodGuys 11th Colorado NATS, along with other awards). It’s been on a few calendars and in some magazines but it’s a real driver that can be enjoyed

What’s to like: This one just looks right. It’s stance, wheel/tire combination and paint contrasts make the car’s overall look killer. Many touches from other cars make it unique like a ’37 Chevy grill, ’36 Ford headlights, etc

What’s to not like: We actually like this part but some may not; the seller straight up says this ’32 was built to be driven and to look like it came off the salt flats in the ’40′s, so it’s been enjoyed and has some patina to show it

Investment Outlook: Should hold it’s value fairly well, though you’lll never make $ on it

Where to find it: Right here, in Park City, Utah
