Nickname “Bounty Hunter”: 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Racer
The “Bounty Hunter” as it was known is a pristine looking ’67 Corvette big block with great drag racing history. It’s been in a private collection for the last 10 years and looks to be impeccably maintained. Sign by the likes of Zora Duntov himself, and supposedly 1 of 3 red/black 427′s in 1967 this is a rare find; perhaps why bidding is up to $132,322.
Condition/History: From the pictures it looks absolutely outstanding – the handfuls of NCRS Top Flight awards and original tank sticker are probably proof enough
What’s to like: Of course a ’67 427/435hp factory side-pipe car is sweet enough; we also love the black/red combo and especially the dark Crager mag wheels.
What’s to not: It’s a bit expensive but likely an investment you can drive and enjoy
Investment Outlook: Unlike your 401k you should be able to drive or show this one, enjoy it and not lose money
Where to find it: In Pittstown, NJ

Hi Guys,
I just sold this car from my collection today for 240k. Thanks for the add, and the kind words. I am confident the new owner will give the Bounty Hunter another great home for the next decade. This car has been a great part of my collection, and although I am truly sad that its sold and leaving my collection, I am happy to be able to pay for my kids college tuitions for the next 4 years with the proceeds.
Great website and again, thanks for your kind words.
Regards,
Brian
