This ’55 Pre-A Cab is a great candidate for a classic driver that you don’t need to worry about taking out. The paint isn’t original but it’s got great history and records. The seller claims to have recently purchased the car, although the title is still in the name of the previous, first owner. It’s currently on EBay in SoCal with Reserve Not Met at $56,600.

Condition: Needs some reconditioning but overall looks pretty original and together.

What’s we like: One owner and original California car, only 278 Pre-A Cabriolets built, history and paperwork from the 50′s and service records from 1960 to present!

What we dont: The gold paint only works because of the car and it’s history. Even though it’s not in top condition, prices are always high for Pre-A’s.

Investment: Good potential, especially if cleaned up a bit
