If you follow the blog, you know we’re big fans of Radical Sportscars. We’ve featured a very reasonably priced naturally aspirated Yellow one that sold quickly, and a supercharged Blue one that didn’t. This 2004 Orange/Blue SR3 was just listed for sale, its got a Downs Engineering 1350cc Hyabusa engine with a turbocharger, good for up to 400hp. The seller claim’s he’s got over $145,000 invested, he’s asking $49,000.

This SR3 is currently set up for about 250hp, which is plenty of power considering the 1225lbs wet-weight; the motor will last substantially longer in this low-boost mode. It comes with a bunch of good stuff including an AIM Dash, custom bodywork, unique radio/fuel cell/fire system and Jongbloed wheels. The sale includes spare body parts and wheels as well as a one day track and tuning session in Phoenix, AZ and negotiations for a spare motor.
