Black Beauty: 2000 Acura NSX-T Comptech Supercharged

First, let us say belated Happy New Year readers! Thanks for following the site, we’re looking forward to great new features in 2010!
On to the black NSX. This car is not stock, it’s set up as a great driver and could be a weekend track toy. It’s spec’d with a bunch of Comptech parts including supercharger, headers and full suspension. If you don’t know about Comptech, all you really need to know about their record is: in 2000, a Comptech Oldsmobile Aurora engine won the Indianapolis 500 piloted by Juan Pablo Montoya. Asking price is $52,000, special thanks to reader Chuck S. for referring this car! Email him at (sessler @ verizon [dot]net) for more info.
For a better example of what a Comptech NSX is capable of, check out this clip. Some of it’s in Japanese but there are English subtitles. The verdict is, they really like the car:
Here’s a full list of mods: Comptech supercharger, headers, exhaust, stainless steel brake lines, sway bars, coilover springs, Racing Hart 3 piece wheels, RPS clutch, DBS slotted and drilled rotors, tinted windows and aftermarket alarm. We think this NSX is priced on the higher side of the market, but only slightly. NSX’s have always held value really well, plus the seller probably has close to $30,000 in receipts for the work that’s been done. For more info, email Chuck S. at (sessler @ verizon [dot]net), you can find this car in Southern California.
