Looking for a commuter car? Or maybe something you can drive and park in the city? These “original” Mini’s (before BMW bought the brand) have a ton of class and enough ‘cute’ that anyone can get by driving one. Think about them as a cool version of a Smart Car. A Mini Cooper is the epitome of ease and efficiency, this one could be a great option for only $9,500.

Besides the reasonable price, this Mini’s got some nice features. We like the slightly over-the-top black and yellow paint scheme and graphics. The rally inspired fogs (front and rear), headlight covers and Mini-lite wheels help set the car apart from others and give it a racy look. The seller claims the engine is a bored-out 1275cc so it should have enough power for everyday needs and it’s RHD with a 4 speed, so you know it’ll be interesting to get used to. The interior is updated enough that it’s useful, with an Ipod jack and sport seats, although we really dislike the steering wheel and would have to change it immediately. Not a big deal though, could be done for less than $100.

The seller has a bunch more pics on his site. You can tell the car isn’t perfect and has a few cosmetic blemishes, but for a really fun looking presentable driver, check out Mohr Imports in Monterey, California.
