If you read the site often, you know we favor cars that are ready to go and can be driven right from the seller to their new home. This ‘34 Ford 3 Window Coupe is definitely not in that type of condition but we had to post it because it’s straight cool. Something about the fact that this 1934 Ford has been around for 75 years and is largely original is remarkable; if only it could talk, we’re sure the stories would be fascinating and endless. Clearly we’re not the only ones who’ve found the ‘34 attractive as bidding is already up to $40,100 on EBay.

Obviously, this car will need a lot of work no matter what the buyer decides to do with it. The seller claims the engine is frozen but he’s got another Flathead V8 he’d be willing to swap out for the buyer. He also claims all the body panels are original and have never been apart, the car has a couple small spots of rust but nothing that can’t be fixed. If it were us, we’d clean it up and get the original engine running again. Clean the interior and then hunt high and low for more original pieces like the bench seat and door panels. We’d fix the rust spots and get the mechanicals in safe running order but we wouldn’t restore or chop it up to make into a hot rod.

You simply can’t buy this type of originality. For that reason, putting a price on something like this is almost impossible, it’s the truest case of “it’s worth whatever someone will pay for it.” You can find this largely original ‘34 Ford 3 Window Coupe in Dallas, Texas on EBay, where the bidding is up to $40,100 with the reserve not met.
